Protocol Career

Terms of Service

PAP CONSULTING FZ LLE · Last updated 1 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and PAP CONSULTING FZ LLE when you use Protocol Career. They are the operative text: by creating an account or buying anything on this site, you accept them.

Who you are contracting with

Protocol Career is operated by PAP CONSULTING FZ LLE, a free zone company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. Throughout these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person using the service.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. The service is sold to individuals for their own preparation. If you are buying on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and these terms apply to it as well as to you.

What the service is, and what it is not

We publish guides to consulting recruitment and sell practice cases, drills and automated feedback.

It is preparation, not a recruitment service and not a placement agency. We do not promise an interview, an offer, a score, a salary or any other outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise. Scores and feedback produced by our tools are our own estimate of how an answer reads, generated automatically. No employer sets them, reviews them or is bound by them.

Your account

One account per person. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has them. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is shared, resold, or used to extract content at scale.

What you may do with our content

Cases, drills, guides, exhibits and feedback are ours, or licensed to us. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own interview preparation, for as long as your access lasts.

You may not republish, resell, sublicense or redistribute them, use them to build or train a competing product or model, or scrape the site by automated means. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is fine, and we would rather you did that than paraphrase us badly.

Prices, payment and currency

Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of any tax that may apply where you are. Payment is handled by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. If a payment fails we may suspend access until it clears.

Subscriptions renew until you cancel

Our monthly plan is a recurring subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period and charges the payment method on file at the then-current price, until you cancel it. Fixed-term and one-time purchases do not renew.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, with no call, no retention flow and no explanation required. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and your access runs to the end of that period.

If we change the price of a plan you already hold, we will tell you before the change applies to you, and you will have the chance to cancel first.

Refunds

Our refund and cancellation policy is set out on its own page and forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the service, circumvent payment or access controls, upload unlawful material, or use the service to harass anyone. Do not misrepresent our automated feedback as an assessment by any employer.

Availability and changes

We develop this service continuously. Features change, and material will be added, revised and sometimes retired. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may carry out maintenance without notice. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan provides, you may cancel and we will refund the unused portion of the period you paid for.

Accuracy of what we publish

We source our guides to what firms and assessment vendors publish, and we date what we read. Recruitment processes change without notice, and a page accurate when written can be stale when read. The published date and source register on each page tell you how current it is. Verify anything that affects a decision against the firm's own site before you act on it.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case those exclusions do not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost opportunities, lost offers, lost earnings or lost data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will refund the unused portion of any period you have paid for.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in the country or state where you live, and it does not prevent you from bringing a claim before your local courts where that law gives you the right to do so.

Before starting a formal dispute, write to us through the contact form. Most problems are a billing error or a misunderstanding, and both are faster to fix than to litigate.

If part of these terms fails

If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the rest stays in force and that provision applies to the greatest extent the law allows.

Questions about this page go to our contact form, which reaches PAP CONSULTING FZ LLE directly.
