UrbanBrew, a 140-store regional coffee chain, saw EBITDA fall from $24M to $12M in 2024 even though revenue grew from $225M to $240M. The CEO wants to know why, and what to do about it in the next two quarters. You'll pick a structure for the CEO, read the category and EBITDA-bridge exhibits, run the recovery math, make a prioritization call, brainstorm root causes, and deliver a final recommendation.
